MR benefitted from the same experience and winning attitude in Porsche racing in North America by taking a pole position at the F1 support at COTA in Austin, Texas and a race win at the Rennsport Festival at Laguna Seca plus taking second in the 2023 drivers' championship.

At the end of the 2024 championship, McElrea Racing has more round wins than any other team in the history of the Australian Carrera Cup and produced 5 Michelin Junior champions to represent Australia at the Porsche Junior global shootout.
